About me and my therapy practice

I aim to provide a quality therapeutic service, where you can talk in confidence and be listened to without prejudice or judgement. I have over 25 years nursing experience working in the field of adult mental health. As a person centred staff nurse I worked with adults who had complex physical and/or mental health needs. Later in my nursing career I worked with dementia and end of life care. I offer a confidential and professional service but one which is also creative and holistic to your individual and unique needs.

As well as 10 years experience working in my own private practice I have also counselled voluntary for RASA (Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre) and Age UK Wirral.

I am an experienced Reiki Practitioner and Martial Art Instructor (3rd Degree BlackBelt)

I have a special interest in Mindfullness and Compassion Focused CBT.

I am based in a well established Podiatry & Complementary Health Clinic.

I work face to face
