About me and my therapy practice
Welcome
Are you experiencing high levels anxiety or overwhelmed by low mood and depression / depressive symptoms
Do you feel burdened by your circumstances / work / family life
Fed up with feeling that nothings seems worth it.
Where do you go if you are feeling the pressure from home or at work, panicked about how you are feeling or you are not sure how to cope or manage everyday life events ?
Who do you talk to about the real issues that matter to you, not the stuff that makes conversations end like 'I'm fine' but the things that creates a conversation that goes on to be one that is significant and heard?
With all the awareness of AUTISM and ADHD it may be that you are identifying with certain aspects of the characteristics or symptoms. I have supported clients of all aged over the years through learning how to understand themselves and cope and adapt to life situations with a diagnosis or without one ( not all people need a full diagnosis, but awareness of how to manage challenges to meet their needs is enough)
Practice description
Here is where you can start to make those changes
Understanding how to manage your feelings, understanding how and why important decision are difficult to make, learning how to think in a way that makes life easier to handle.
I use techniques and models to help people understand why their body responds in the way it does, as this is usually the scariest part of feeling out of control. I can help you put it all back in control, anxiety, stress, anger, sadness, abandonment, rejection, shame. Supporting people to overcome life’s adversities, guiding them through addictive behaviours without fear of judgment, feeling heard and not just listened to, showing understanding in a life that seems not to make sense.
I have a keen interest in working with people that are living with autism and addictions as well as anxiety and depression and have had good feedback regarding the work that I have carried out over the years.
I do all of this through not just talking, but listening and a great deal of humour, or we can be creative or as chilled and dialled back as you want it to be. We will explore the barriers that are holding you back. I have been empowering client to take back control for over 25 years now and still love every minute of it.
All I need you to do is believe that you have the capacity to change and make a difference.
Please feel free to contact me by email text or phone call and I will do my best to contact you within a couple of hours and happy to have phone call to discuss your situation and for you to ask any questions.

About me and my therapy practice
I have been working as a Counsellor since 1997 and have worked in the voluntary, public and private sector. I work with all ages of clients - ages 8 - 80 - and have awareness of the cultural, social and economic diversity within the community. I also have great understanding in issues that young people face within their complex digital world. I use the 3 eye model for supervision as taught by Robin Shohet and Stephen Hawkins and have been supervising since 2000.
My supervision approach is a chance for self reflection on practice and solution focused approach.
My rooms are conveniently accessible from most areas in London and Essex including Central London, City, Liverpool Street, East London, Ilford, Brentwood, Hornchurch, Romford, Dagenham, Collier Row and Upminster, Thurrock, by public transport or road.
Skype sessions are available.
