Practice description
I offer remote video, telephone or face to face sessions in my premises at Jarrow.Choosing the right therapy may not be easy and making the first contact with a therapist can sometimes be daunting. My clients often comment that they find my manner warm and approachable, so if you wish to contact me directly I will be happy to offer a free 10-15 minute call to explain more about the therapies I can offer in relation to your difficulties or you can email me with any queries if you prefer.
I accept referrals from individuals, organisations, insurance companies, solicitors, trainees, supervisees and other professionals.
My first session
Your sessions will last between 50-60 minutes and may be weekly to start depending on your needs and budget. In our first session, we will talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you want help with and how therapy works.
I am highly qualified in a range of therapies, so I can also advise you on the best therapy to suit your needs.
I hope to be able to put you at ease and will offer you space to discuss any questions or anxieties you may have about the process. At the end of the session, you can decide if you want to book any further appointments.
