About me and my therapy practice

I help people who might feel stuck or held back in their personal and professional relationships - due to crisis, grief, trauma, depression or anxiety. I aim to provide a safe, enabling and creative space in which feelings can be shared and normalised and renewed hope can be found. I do not diagnose and I do not pathologise. I aim to understand each person within the context of their own history and idiosyncrasies.
