About me and my therapy practice
Often in our busy lives, we don't permit ourselves time to explore personal issues.
I am a psychotherapist with over twenty years experience in counselling and therapy.
I provide a safe, confidential space that enables my clients to reflect upon some patterns and habits that might be impeding their enjoyment of their lives.
I also offer supervision.
Practice description
Presently I offer 50 minute face to face sessions and zoom sessions .
My first session
First sessions involve some note taking and a contract to be read and signed
The rest of the session is used to establish a working relationship and our ability to work together towards a good outcome.
