About me and my therapy practice
I'm a fully qualified M香港六合彩精准资料 Accredited, Winchester based Therapist offering Humanistic Counselling. I also hold Certificates in Couples and Group Therapy. I offer a warm and accepting space to adults and couples to explore issues around relationships, stress, anxiety, depression and loss.
I am an Integrative Counsellor drawing on different theoretical approaches such as Transactional Analysis, Person Centred and Relational perspectives dependent on the needs of the clients.
I'm a BUPA, Aviva, Vitality Health and AXA recognised Therapist and also work with several Counselling Agencies and in Private Practice.
Practice description
I offer sessions on a long and short term basis.
For flexibility, I offer clients a choice of face to face or on line counselling.
If therapeutic support is being accessed via Bupa, Aviva, Vitality Health or AXA please obtain prior authorisation from your insurer.
My first session
I offer a brief free telephone conversation to discuss your current concerns.
At the first session we can talk at a deeper level about what is affecting you, what you hope to gain from counselling, how you would like your life to be different and discuss the way forward.
