My current hours are Mondays to Fridays, and I offer day and evening appointments. Please contact me to enquire about availability I am flexible so my hours do vary from week to week. I provide both face-to-face and online therapy.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapist. I run a well-established and busy practice and work with a diverse group of clientele. Individuals present with a variety of issues which are of concern to them, including depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, loss, and identity.
I can offer a free initial consultation without obligation if required, and paid sessions last for an hour.
The frequency of sessions will depend on what the client presents and as each client is different this will vary.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy and start where the client is at. I work from the premise the client is the director of their own life and is, therefore the person best placed to decide how they want to go about making changes to improve their life.
I work authentically and place the client at the centre of my work. So my service is individual, bespoke and whilst I draw on a variety of theories much of my expertise is centred around my lived experience and the knowledge I have gained along the way.

I currently have availability for supervision with both students and qualified therapists. I work both face-to-face and /or online and my hours are flexible.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified, professional and experienced clinical supervisor. I work with a diverse group of therapists and clients with whom I engage both face-to-face and online.
My approach to supervision is a collaborative process in which I work with the supervisees to explore their work reflectively and proactively.
I provide supervision through various platforms - face-to-face, online and by telephone. I am trained in online and telephone supervision.
I provide a comprehensive agreement with all my supervisees and provide support in between sessions.
Practice description
I take a supportive view towards supervision, whilst ensuring that the work I undertake with the supervisee is in line with the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ ethical framework and other Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ guidelines.
From my perspective, supervision is a collaborative process and I work with each supervisee to explore their work reflectively. The key to our relationship is a good rapport and a working alliance. In this way, together we can promote and share good practice along with personal and professional confidence and competence. This ensures a safer working environment both online and face-to-face.
Ultimately, this will lead to greater autonomy for the supervisee, enabling them to feel supported and to identify, accept and develop /areas for development as a practitioner.
I have many years of providing supervision and have therefore acquired considerable knowledge through my work in the public sector, educational establishments and voluntary organisations. I hold a postgraduate qualification in Clinical Supervision (2017) and have recently undertaken comprehensive online supervision training with Counselling Tutor (2021 and 2023).
