My availability is Thursdays and Fridays 9 am to 5:30pm every week. If you need an appointment outside of these times, do let me know as I can offer online appointments outside of these times.
About me and my therapy practice
My therapy style is very collaborative, this means at every stage I like to involve my clients in the therapy process. I believe that therapy is not a secret skill so I like to inform my clients of the underlying process and rationale for any of the techniques that I would like to introduce. I also like to work with a clear goal, sometimes this can be a change. But sometimes change can also be working towards acceptance rather than avoidance.
My first session
First sessions can take longer however I try to keep it to 60 minutes. I might send you a form to complete before our first appointment to help me keep focus of the important points that you would like to cover during this session.
