I'm a person-centred counsellor with over 20 years experience of working with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures.

The way I work, which is non-directive, allows you, the client, to explore your concerns in a safe, supportive and accepting environment. Through this process, people can deepen their self awareness, feel more self-accepting and become more empowered in their lives.

I work with both indviduals and couples on a short or long term basis, depending on what you feel is best for you.
