About me and my therapy practice

I’m a therapeutic counsellor who works with people looking to improve their emotional well-being, build healthier relationships, make life easier, and move forward from the past. My approach is solution-focused and grounded in compassion, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and productive experience. Sessions are held in Milton Keynes, online, or by phone. Online session booking and payment options available.

Therapy is a collaborative journey, and my priority is to create a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. I believe in fostering a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect.

My approach is grounded in active listening, where I'll pay close attention to your experiences and perspectives. I'll work with you to gain a deep understanding of your unique challenges and goals. Together, we'll draw upon a range of evidence-based techniques and practical tools tailored to your specific needs.

My first session

Before our first therapy session, I will send you some forms to help you think about your goals and hopes for therapy.

When we meet, I'll give you some general information about therapy and confidentiality, then we'll talk about how we can work together.

I will ask you about yourself and your life story as it relates to your therapy goals or information you think may be relevant.

After our first session, I'll send you some helpful links and resources to get you started on your journey.
