Availability
I work on Thursdays offering quality Person Centred face to face and walk and talk therapy for adults and young people. The sessions are 50 minutes and are from 11 am to 7pm
About me and my therapy practice
I work with clients one to one within a short and long term framework in a Person Centred way. This approach is non directive and I will create a space that is safe and non judgmental where the client can explore their thoughts and feelings and help to find some meaning for what is being experienced. This helps the client to feel the right way forward for effective change and personal growth.

After an initial free phone consultation we will arrange a first session. After this if the client wishes to continue we can arrange a set amount of sessions or work biweekly whatever feels right and is appropriate for the client.

Practice description
After a phone consultation where you have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have around how the sessions and therapy work we will arrange an initial first session. I will gather some basic information from you, ie, your age, where you live. After this first session you can let me know if you want to continue and we can commit to some regular sessions in whatever format works best for you, ie, phone, online, face to face or outdoor sessions. I work with clients in a short, medium and long term capacity. Whatever feels right for you. After some initial sessions we can work biweekly too if this suits your needs
