About me and my therapy practice
Perhaps you are struggling with low mood, anxiety, panic or stress. You might feel very low, sad even hopeless. It could be that the effort to keep things going has become increasingly difficult. You might feel isolated.
I will listen in a confidential space to all you share about your current life situation and bring a non-judgemental and kind attitude. We will explore things that may be difficult and its effect on your health and relationships. There will be a focus to the therapy.
Gaining insight into how your life experiences have impacted you can be helpful before considering change or moving forward. We can explore possibilities that could lead to a more fulfilling and empowered life, emotional well-being and improved relationships.
Thank you for visiting my profile.
