About me and my therapy practice

I work with adults on an individual basis and provide therapy for many issues, including depression, relationship difficulties, loss, trauma, stress and anxiety, poor self-image and life transition. You can unburden yourself and explore difficult feelings and thoughts in a safe, confidential and supportive relationship, helping you find relief and resolution.

I also have a Diploma in Integrative Supervision from the Minster Centre and offer supervision to both trainee and experienced therapists.
