I am offering both  face to face  as well as online counselling and psychotherapy. I work with both long and short term clients who come for support and understanding. I aim to improve self worth with a more positive attitude by working through difficulties. I support clients with  anxiety, loss, relationship problems or traumas through patience and understanding. I welcome new clients and offer digital world wide support.

I believe the body and the mind are closely connected and I try to integrate how lifestyle and mood are affected and how small changes can make a difference.

Practice description

I work on a one to one basis and listen with compassion and empathy to what it is that brings you to therapy. I encourage you to be yourself and notice how you feel without being judged. This helps manage past negative beliefs and allows you to move on in a more positive way.  

My first session

The first session is an introductory session where you can bring whatever it is  you are experiencing, whether it is a sudden crisis or a long term problem. I listen with empathy and compassion as  we plan to focus on specific issues as they arise. Each week something new tends to shift and nothing is too small to bring.
