My normal appointment times are:

Tuesdays between 10am and 4pm

Wednesdays between 10am and 7pm

Fridays between 10.30am and 4pm.

About me and my therapy practice

Counselling is a process of Self-Discovery. I view each Client as an individual and as a result of my training in Integrative Counselling I have the skills necessary to modify my therapeutic approach to suit the specific needs of each Client.

I offer open ended therapy for individuals aged 18 and over.

Practice description

Since qualifying in 2008 I have worked with adults experiencing difficulties with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, abuse, childhood issues, loss, drug and alcohol concerns, eating concerns, self-harm, panic attacks.
