About me and my therapy practice
My overall aim is to support clients to help themselves to live happier, more satisfying lives.
My counselling approach is to work collaboratively with clients - individuals or couples - to better understand and manage the challenges that life has thrown and is throwing at them. I help them develop and enhance their inner resources so that their lives are more fulfilling, now and for the future.
I have a private counselling room with easy parking.
I am happy to work with clients via Video, or face-to-face or a combination of the two.
Practice description
I am an Integrative Counselor - which means more than anything, that I tailor my approach to my clients' needs, rather than try and fit them into a pre-ordained counselling process. At the centre of my practice is non-judgement, positive encouragement and confidentiality.
My aim is to work with clients to assist them to leave behind self limiting beliefs and constraining past/present life events, so that they can live happier, more satisfying lives. I have a whole 'filing cabinet' full of various therapeutic approaches and I will select the most appropriate way forward based on what will work best for my client.
My first session
In our first counselling session together, I aim to work with my client(s) to firstly discover what their purpose for counselling is and ideally what they want to achieve.
And secondly, to explore with my client(s) how the counselling process is likely to unfold and to clarify how we will work together moving forward.

About me and my therapy practice
I am skilled supervisor who brings my experience of working as an Integrative Counselor and a Leadership Coach to my practice of clinical supervision.
I see Supervision as a 'joint endeavor' between the Supervisor and the Supervisee: it is a collaborative working relationship between two professionals, who hopefully have the same aim i.e. to offer the best possible counselling service to end clients.
Practice description
In Supervision, I offer a safe, yet challenging environment, where you can discuss client issues, ethical concerns, boundary issues and how you are working as a counselor. My aim is to support you to offer the best possible counselling service to your clients - in a way that you and your clients are both flourishing.
I know first hand that although client work is rewarding - how at times it can be challenging. I aim to offer a confidential and supportive space where you can explore any difficulties and concerns and come away with practical 'next steps' to resolve them.
My first session
In our first session together, I will aim to understand what you want from Supervision, your current therapeutic/client approach, your client profile and your experience of Supervision to-date - and what you have/haven't liked about it.
I will describe my approach to Supervision and be available for you to ask whatever questions you want to find out if you feel that we are a good fit.
