About me and my therapy practice

My aim is to provide a safe space so that you feel comfortable enough to explore you.

I use a combination of counselling, creative and coaching techniques to help you become aware of those hidden blocks stopping you being who you want to be, living the life you want.

Ipswich and Hadleigh or on-line.

My first session

Our first session is about getting to know each other; for you to describe what brought you to see me and what you need from me and to experience some of how I work. And for me to understand what you are expecting and let you know if that is possible. I will listen and ask questions and we can then discuss the arrangements for future sessions, should we decide it will be beneficial to work together.
