I am a fully trained relationship counsellor (trained to MA standard) and I work with couples, individuals and families. I have over 20 years experience which has included working for Relate, many years in private practice and working in schools. I also have both training and experience in working with neuro-divergent clients 

 I am based in Crossgates, East Leeds working from a purpose built counselling room which offers privacy and comfort for my clients. I also offer online counselling via zoom. I can offer flexibility with sessions which is useful for people who work shifts etc. 

Daytime and evening appointments are available. Starting with an initial consultation the sessions provide a safe space to discuss a range of issues and difficulties. 

I work with clients to firstly understand what difficulties they are experiencing and the impact on their lives and / or relationships.

I explore their challenges both past and present and work hard to understand their approach to people, problems and life in general.

I then help my clients to find ways forward that will be both helpful and workable  

I offer an assessment session of 50min - 1 hour at a cost of £55. From that session a decision is made as to whether ongoing sessions will be useful to my clients. My hours of work are flexible and generally include Monday to Thursday daytime and evenings.
