As a qualified, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ accredited Counsellor with 10+ years' experience, I can offer you professional help for all kinds of emotional distress and assist you in leading a more fulfilling life with more satisfying relationships.
Counselling can help when you feel like no-one else understands what it's like to be you; when the way you feel makes no sense to you; or when you no longer feel in control of how you feel. Sometimes we just need someone who will really listen to us and treat us with respect and without judgement.
We can't always choose what happens to us or how other people behave towards us, but we can change our perception of life's events and our role in society, and become more aware of our own patterns and behaviour.
I believe that we all have the inner resources to heal, change and grow. But in various ways we can silence that inner voice that holds the answers and guides us to the right solution. I take the time to reconnect you to that quiet inner voice, the real you; to provide you with a deeper understanding of who you are so you can find your own way forward in a way that is right for you. This experience and process can enable you to feel more accepting of yourself as a person of worth.
Sessions can be difficult and uncomfortable at times as exploring the depths of ourselves can be painful, but also rewarding and enlightening. They reflect the challenges of life and may help towards using those challenges in a constructive and positive way. We will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you at all times.
