You can confidently choose me as your therapist with almost three decades of experience working with individuals, groups, and company employees. I work in partnership with clients who seek a deeper understanding of themselves to help them overcome stress, emotional problems, medical conditions or troublesome habits.
I offer the highest quality care with a comprehensive therapy toolbox to care for your mental health. I specialise in EMDR (a trauma therapy), and I am an EMDR UK member; I also offer counselling and psychotherapy, CBT, mindfulness and intuitive coaching.

From the first moment I spoke to Trevor, I knew he was the man who was going to help me on my mental health journey; I went to him when an event brought some repressed memories to the surface my mind went into meltdown mode. We mostly used EMDR (Light Therapy) as the primary way of tackling it. Still, Trevor's knowledge of the deeper mind and its effects on the waking mind, while also bringing a spiritual element into the practice, worked exceptionally well for two other members of my family and me. I currently offer flexible session times Monday through Friday, accommodating a range of schedules with appointment slots from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM GMT. I strive to provide options that suit the diverse needs of my clients, whether they are early risers or require evening sessions due to work or family commitments.
As a dedicated professional, I am available for initial consultations within one week of contact, and ongoing sessions can typically be scheduled to start within two weeks. This allows us to begin our therapeutic journey without delay, ensuring timely support and intervention.
