About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes the thought of counselling can be frightening. You might believe that, if you really say how you feel, others might think you are crazy. So you just get on with it and tell yourself that everything is okay or it will get better... one day.

Talking things through with a qualified counsellor can help you to understand your thoughts and emotions. We will begin to recognise how unhelpful thoughts can affect us emotionally and physically as well as impacting on our behaviour.  These unhelpful thoughts can often hold us back from living in a more engaged and successful way.  As I am also a qualified Life Coach, we can work together so that you can begin to live more effectively as an individual and socially, in your everyday life.

I offer short and long term counselling to adults and young people. I am also a recognised practitioner with the private health insurance company Axa Health.

Practice description

I am a Registered and Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ) and the Northern Ireland Counselling Forum. I also hold an up-to-date Certificate of Enhanced Disclosure with Access NI and Civil Liability Insurance.
