About me and my therapy practice
My passion is empowering clients to live fulfilling lives and connect with their most authentic selves through therapy. I provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore what’s happening in your life. Together, we’ll define your therapy goals and develop strategies that feel right for you.
My approach is humanistic, person-centred and trauma-informed, built on the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I’m here to guide, encourage, and support you in discovering your path forward.
One of my specialisms is integrating art and creative tools—such as poetry, creative writing, and painting—into therapy. These methods can help process experiences and uncover deeper insights at an unconscious level.
I’m passionate about helping clients rediscover their creativity and self-compassion, unlocking powerful sources of joy, love, and fulfillment.
I invite you to trust your process. My role is to offer a non-judgmental, empathetic, and honest space where you can express yourself freely and safely.
I have worked with clients from all stages, ages, gender identities and different walks of life.
I work with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, identity exploration, neurodiversity, life transitions, loss, loneliness, spirituality, grief, self-criticism, perfectionism, feeling stuck, numbness, trauma, body image, relationships, attachment style and fear of intimacy.
Let’s work together to help you reconnect with yourself and create the life you deserve.
Practice description
I offer flexible therapy sessions online via MS Teams or over the phone, making it easy and convenient for you to access support from the comfort of your own space.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and typically takes place on a weekly basis, providing a consistent and supportive rhythm to our work together.
Whether you’re looking for short-term counselling to address a specific issue or longer-term support for deeper exploration, I tailor the process to suit your unique needs.
We’ll check in regularly to ensure the approach feels right for you and make adjustments as needed.
Your comfort and progress are my priority, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you decide if I’m the right fit for you.
This is a relaxed and informal chat where you can ask any questions and share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy.
If you choose to move forward, our first full session will be an initial assessment. During this session, we’ll explore what’s brought you to therapy and the concerns you’d like to focus on. It’s also a chance for me to learn more about you so I can tailor the support to your needs.
Before we meet, I’ll email you a Counselling Contract.
This document outlines how the sessions will work, and we’ll take time to go through it together during the assessment to make sure everything feels clear and comfortable for you.
This is all about creating a safe, supportive space where you can begin your journey at your own pace.
