I currently have Monday and Wednesday evenings free from 6pm until 9pm and limited weekend availability.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer Counselling of a Person- centred nature supporting people through difficult times in their life. In a safe, non- judgemental environment, I provide my clients with compassion and empathy with the highest level of support in a warm and calming manner. I have a great deal of experience with face- to- face and online sessions and currently offer both. As well as my private practice, I am a High School Counsellor and with this and my clients, I have worked with a variety of issues that people have faced.

Practice description

I am home based for face to face sessions and work with Microsoft teams for any online work.

I offer 1 hour sessions a week and within these, I can use a range of analogy鈥檚, metaphors and imagery when exploring people鈥檚 feelings with them if they find this useful.

I also provide a safe space for self- reflection and tailor the sessions to every individual as they need.
