For those seeking more in-depth exploration, I provide longer-term support. This flexible option allows us to delve into recurring patterns, build self-awareness, and develop sustainable coping mechanisms.
I’m also trained in the SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) program, an evidence-based intervention that helps parents support their children through anxiety-related challenges.
