About me and my therapy practice
There are no rules on what to bring to counselling. If something is having a negative impact on how you feel and live your life, then its important and worth talking about.
You may know exactly what you want to work on, or simple know that something in your life needs to change.
I offer a safe, confidential space, free of judgement and full of kindness, where we'll work together and at your pace to explore the topics and events that are important to you.
My aim is to help clients feel able to express themselves fully and to discover who they truly are.
Practice description
As an Integrative Counsellor, I believe there is not one therapeutic approach that suits everyone in all situations. Instead I take into account clients unique experiences and circumstances and use elements of different approaches to help them work through their problems. I will adapt my approach to meet your needs.
I offer open ended therapy. This consists of a 50 minute session at the same time each week.

If you decide to do so I will send you a copy of my contract and privacy statement. We will go through these when we first meet either in person or online and make sure you understand, agree and feel comfortable with them.
In our first session you can discuss your situation in more depth if you feel comfortable to do so. There's no rush to get to the heart of whats troubling you. The most important thing is that you feel safe and able to share in your own time.
