I’m a fully certified psychotherapist with a special interest and expertise in maternal mental health. I’m also a trained mindfulness instructor, integrating mindfulness into our therapeutic sessions.
I work with families and individuals across Warwickshire in various settings, including private therapy, group workshops, homes, and schools. While the foundation of our work together will be humanistic, I also integrate other modalities when appropriate, such as Jungian, Freudian, psychodynamic, transactional analysis, inner child healing, and transpersonal approaches. This flexible method allows me to tailor therapy to you as an individual.
