About me and my therapy practice
As a integrative counsellor I use a person-centered approach which provides a flexible, empathetic, and client-centered experience that supports personal growth and healing. In the sessions I offer a safe and confidential environment of therapy, clients are empowered to explore their inner world, confront challenges, and move toward their goals with renewed confidence and insight.

Once contact has been made I will contact you to do an assessment, focusing on what your needs are and how we can approach the counselling sessions depending on your needs. If you are happy with this we will then arrange the appointment.
