About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative counsellor, I use a range of therapeutic approaches to provide personalised support to meet your individual needs. I am also a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). NLP is a powerful modality that explores the relationship between your thoughts, language, and behaviour. By understanding these interconnected patterns, we can work together to shift any limiting mindsets, enhance communication skills, and unlock new possibilities for personal growth.
My integrative approach blends techniques from various counselling modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, person-centered therapy, NLP and mindfulness-based interventions.
I believe that the most effective path forward is one that draws upon a diverse toolkit, allowing me to tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs, goals, and preferred ways of learning and growing.
Practice description
I will provide you with a safe and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I'll help you to make sense of your personal experiences, which may provide you with new perspectives on your past and the way you view your future. Together we will find new ways to manage or change the difficult situations you are facing.
I offer a warm, compassionate understanding and a confidential space, where together we can make sense of how you feel.

​​At an initial, no obligation, telephone consultation we can discuss how I can best support you and how we will work together. ​​​
​I offer appointments online or, face-to-face in Marlborough, Wiltshire or Newbury, Berkshire.
My first session
When you make contact, we will organise to have an initial telephone call so that I can understand the challenges you are seeking support for. I will also explain how I work as a therapist to ensure that this meets your needs.
The first therapy session is an opportunity to get to know each other and establish the support you would like to receive in more depth.
I hold regular reviews and maintain a flexible way of working to ensure my support works for you.
