About me and my therapy practice
Online Availability.
I specialise in supporting individuals navigating challenges in their relationships, with particular expertise in working with the Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) community. I am especially passionate about supporting those practising Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM), as I understand the unique complexities and opportunities that arise when building relationships between two or more people. Cultivating the self-awareness required to be an open, supportive partner while maintaining healthy boundaries can be challenging, I am here to help you explore and strengthen these skills.
My experience includes working with individuals living an ENM lifestyle across diverse cultural backgrounds, life stages, and identities. As a therapist, I approach each relationship dynamic with curiosity, recognising that it is not always the relationship structure itself that presents challenges. My focus is on understanding the specific nuances of your situation and helping you gain clarity around your own contributions to the relationship, while also supporting you in defining and advocating for your personal needs and boundaries.
In my work, I have found that interpersonal relationship issues often intersect with deeper themes, such as patterns of relating formed in childhood, feelings of anxiety or overwhelm, identity exploration, or a sense of being stuck. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore these interconnected areas together and work toward positive change.
While I bring experience to this field, my priority is to support you in a way that feels comfortable, collaborative, and empowering. I deeply respect the uniqueness of every individual and their experiences. Rather than making assumptions, I focus on listening to you, uncovering patterns, developing insights, and creating strategies that promote healing, growth, and connection. My goal is to foster a warm, compassionate environment where you feel truly heard and understood.
Practice description
I trained in the Psychosynthesis model, which briefly means I work holistically acknowledging the interconnectedness of Mind, Body and Feelings and the impact they can have on one another. I do work with material of childhood and the past but most of our focus will be on the now and the material of potential and transformation.
Understanding childhood experiences can help you have compassion for yourself, allow you to let go of old habits but we will always be looking at how you are in the here and now and where you want to be heading as an individual, in relationships or in the areas of your life that are important to you. The Psychosynthesis model allows space for all your experiences and I will welcome all of you, your thoughts, feelings and experiences into our sessions with openness and curiosity.
My aim as a practitioner is to aid you in increasing your awareness of yourself as you go on this journey of self discovery. To do this I will draw on techniques from a variety of modalities including Psychosynthesis, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Family Constellations and Focusing, I’ve even trained in Clowning with trauma informed practice, because therapy is a place where you may laugh and cry in the pursuit of healing. Most importantly I work with Empathy, Openness, Congruency, Curiosity and Unconditional Positive Regard.
I am here to help with Anxiety of any kind, Blocks or feelings of Stuckness, questions and explorations around Identity, Sexuality, Relationship and Interpersonal issues, problems with Self Esteem, Purpose or Direction
My first session
I offer a free 15 minute initial phone call so we can both get a feel for each other and see if we’d like to progress to an initial session.
I am aware with some anxieties, neurodiversities and disabilities sometimes even picking up the phone can be a barrier, if this is the case you can email me with your reasons for seeking therapy and we can take it from there.
The first and all future sessions will be 50 minutes at a cost of £65 per session.
The initial session is a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss in a bit more depth your reason for seeking therapy, your hopes and fears for the process as well as any questions you may have. I have a set of questions I will use to guide our conversation but you are very welcome to bring yours. Towards the end of the session we can see how we both feel and make a plan for how we will progress if that is our joint decision

About me and my therapy practice
As you’re reading this I imagine you're seriously considering therapy and caring for your mental health, let’s take a moment to recognise that first courageous step.
Whether it's your first time or you’ve been on this journey before I am here to help. I have experience working with both LGBTQIA+ and Heterosexual identifying clients; clients practicing Ethically Non-Monogamous and Monogamous relationship styles; clients from varying cultural backgrounds and clients who are neurodivergent and neurotypical.
I have worked successfully with clients who have been struggling with interpersonal relationships, with work, family issues, their sense of identity, anxiety or just feeling stuck with a lack of purpose or direction. Whatever you’re struggling with or feeling overwhelmed by you don't have to face it alone. I’m here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore these difficulties together and work toward positive change.
As your therapist, my goal is to support you in a way that feels comfortable, collaborative, and empowering. Each person’s story is unique so I wont assume anything about you or your experience of the world, I listen to You and we will work together to uncover patterns, develop insights, and build strategies for healing and growth. I strive to create a warm and compassionate environment where you can be heard and understood.
I imagine myself as walking along beside you on this journey where I will be, metaphorically, holding your hand as you explore any troubling thoughts, feelings or experiences you want to bring. Our sessions will be led by you, going at a pace that feels right for you. I may offer challenges to you if I see it’s in service of the work but I will always be by your side as we explore together whatever comes up for you.
