About me and my therapy practice
Hello and Welcome!
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling to find the right therapist for you?
I understand how daunting it can be to take that first step towards therapy. Whether you're dealing with depression, postnatal depression, baby blues, anxiety, stress, or the impact of domestic abuse, cultural issues, childhood traumas, it's crucial to find a therapist you can trust and feel comfortable with.
As an approachable and empathic therapist, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. My integrative approach means I can tailor therapy to suit your unique needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic models including person-centred, psychodynamic, humanistic, and psychoanalytical elements. This allows me to work with you in a flexible and holistic way.
I work with clients from all backgrounds and understand that each person's journey is different. My goal is to support you through a variety of life challenges. I have a passion for Women, Mothers & cultural issues and offer group sessions.
