About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to counselling with Fawn. I work with clients who are living with the impacts of trauma, suffering with anxiety, feeling unable to cope with everyday life and many more listed below. I am dedicated to a compassionate approach to healing, providing a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your feelings.
Reaching out can feel daunting and takes courage, I am here to support you. I will guide you towards living a more fulfilling life, building resilience and empowering you to take control of your feelings and behaviour. This takes place by safely exploring, discovering and understanding your innermost thoughts and feelings.
Practice description
I will offer you the opportunity to not only be listened to, but to be heard, a chance to take a pause from your busy daily lives to reconnect with your feelings, that are often pushed aside.
I have experience working with Adults and Young People in a vast array of areas;
• Anxiety
• Depression/low mood
• Domestic abuse
• Stalking
• Trauma/PTSD
• Bereavement
• Pregnancy and birth
• Infertility/miscarriage
• Parenthood
• Neurodivergence
• Eating disorders
• Relationship issues
• Stress
• Burnout
• Addiction
• Lack of motivation
