About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative counsellor, I am working therapeutically with the optional use of the arts.
We can lean on and bring various artistic modalities and somatic practices within my work when and if this feels right for you. These may include movement, music, poetry, sand play, clay, visual arts, and drama, to name a few.
I work with the awareness of the body, and mindfulness on the present moment. Practising being in the here and now on a regular basis is likely to support you in your day to day life as well in the long run.
We can lean on various artistic modalities and somatic practices when and if this feels right for you. These may include movement, music, poetry, sand play, clay, visual arts, and drama.
My approach is integrative and includes person-centred, gestalt, and psychoanalytic approaches backed up by the principles of neuroscience and polyvagal theory. The priority is to ensure that your therapeutic journey is paced in appropriate way, and in a safe and trauma-informed way.
I believe that everyone deserves and can benefit from having a supportive space where one can accepted 'just as they are'.
Practice description
I work with adults of all ages and diverse backgrounds.

Through my work, I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where everyone’s unique experiences can be heard, validated, and explored with compassion and sensitivity.
My trauma-informed approach prioritises assessing my clients' histories and circumstances to ensure a good fit and minimise the risk of re-traumatization. I integrate the polyvagal theory and neuroscience into my practice, utilising my knowledge to support you on your journey.
To facilitate our work, I utilise a therapeutic relationships framework that emphasises co-creating a ‘safe enough’ confidential space and integrates the latest research on transformative change within therapy.
My first session
I work relationally, as this is one of the main factors for successful therapy. I aim to support you in finding all you need for a better living within you.
Whether the therapeutic journey you are to commit to is short, long or open-ended, it is important to assess whether we are the best match.
I also offer a free 20-minute phone call or a video call for a brief conversation to support you in making a decision to sign up for the initial session with me.
I offer an initial 50-minute session in my Wood Green or Online practice at the cost of £40, during which we will get acquainted with each other and can explore what brought you in and how I work.
Together, we explore your therapy goals and how I can help you get there.
Everyone is unique. and I respect that you may need additional sessions or two to decide whether I am the right counsellor for you. If this resonates with you please feel free to bring it up during the initial session so we can make sure your needs are met.
