About me and my therapy practice
Reflecting on thoughts, feelings and behaviour is hard work making therapy an uncomfortable yet rewarding experience.
I am here for you. I provide a non-judgmental space for you to explore your past, present and future, or just anything that pops into your mind.
I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and registered member of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ). This means I adhere to their ethical framework.
I work with a range of issues including but not limited to: Attachment; anxiety; depression; grief; loss; PMDD; relationships & self-esteem.
My first session
Free 15-Minute Consultation Call
A free 15 minute confidential phone call or video call to understand what difficulties you are currently facing and why you are seeking therapy. There is no obligation to move forward, just a confidential chat about what you want to achieve in therapy.
Please note this is not a therapy session. We will see if we are a good fit for each other.
Assessment Session
If you decide to move forward after the 15 minute phone call, we can book you in for a 50 minute assessment session. ‘Assessment’ means we will talk in detail about what brings you to therapy, your background and current circumstances. You will be issued with the therapeutic contract to review in this session. This is slightly different than a normal therapy session as I will be doing more talking than usual, alongside a few admin bits.
Going Forward
After our 50 minute assessment session, and you wish to move forward with ongoing therapy, our session will take place at the same time on a weekly basis over the timeframe we have agreed upon.

I am an integrative therapist, this mean that I weave together techniques from different types of therapy and choose the right approach for each unique client. I integrate the following modalities: Psychodynamic, Attachment Theory, Person-Centred, Solution-Focused.
