About me and my therapy practice
Yew Tree Therapy is the culmination of my personal journey of healing and growth. After spending years working in the corporate world, I experienced first-hand the transformative power of therapy. Inspired by my own positive experiences, I decided to change course and dedicate myself to helping others find the same solace and support. At Yew Tree Therapy, I understand that life can be challenging. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling lost, I’m here to offer a place of comfort and understanding where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I believe that everyone deserves a space of acceptance and understanding where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I am an integrative therapist which means that I draw on different theories to tailor each therapy session to meet your unique needs and goals. My approach is warm, compassionate, and client-centred. I understand that seeking therapy can be a daunting step, so I strive to create a welcoming and non-judgemental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your concerns.

My first session
Our first session will be about exploring what has brought you to seek therapy and setting goals for the work we will do together. I will explain the way that I work and answer any questions you may have about the process.
