I have experience in working with clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, negative body images as well as domestic abuse and or sexual abuse. Yet welcome client who wish to talk about any of their life difficulties, as well as their hopes.
I would welcome the opportunity to meet and work collaboratively to support you.
Practice description
Life can be extremely challenging and sometimes it can be hard to feel seen or heard or even feel in control of your own life. It can useful to come to therapy to invest time in you. To reflect, to delve, to feel explore any struggles as well as achievements while building a therapeutic relationship which can support deepen awareness and emotional transformation.
My first session
I can offer a free 15 minute initial telephone call to understand what brings you to therapy and to break the ice before our first session.
Therapy takes place face to face in my garden studio in Felixstowe, Suffolk or online.
Sessions are for 50 minutes usually on a weekly basis.
The first session begins the foundation of our therapeutic relationship, including confidentiality, boundaries, setting expectations and importantly your hopes for therapy.
