About me and my therapy practice
I offer flexible counselling options, including online sessions, in-person meetings, and walk-and-talk therapy, so you can choose what feels most comfortable and accessible.
While talking forms the core of our sessions, I can also integrate the arts as a meaningful way to express yourself, especially when words alone may not suffice.
My goal is to support you in building a stronger sense of self, improving your relationships, and navigating life’s challenges with greater resilience.
Practice description
In my practice, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental counselling where you can explore your thoughts and emotions with care and understanding. My approach is centered around your unique needs and experiences, allowing you to guide the pace and focus of our work together.
I offer a range of therapeutic modalities to meet you where you are. Talk therapy serves as the foundation of our work, providing a space for open and honest conversation. For those who prefer a more dynamic setting, walk-and-talk counselling combines the benefits of physical movement with therapeutic dialogue. I also offer online sessions, providing the convenience and comfort of connecting from your own space, making counselling more accessible.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am trained to integrate the arts as a tool for self-expression. Whether through drawing, writing, or other creative outlets, these methods can help you explore and communicate emotions that may be difficult to articulate in words.
Clients who work with me often seek to understand themselves more deeply, improve their relationships, and develop effective strategies for coping with life’s challenges. My goal is to support you in achieving greater clarity, resilience, and fulfillment, helping you navigate life with increased confidence and a sense of purpose.
My first session
To help you feel comfortable and ensure we're a good fit, I offer a free 30-minute initial assessment. This session allows us to discuss what brings you to counselling, your goals, and any questions you might have. It also gives me the opportunity to explain my therapeutic approach and how we can work together to address your concerns.
The initial assessment is an informal and pressure-free conversation, designed to help you feel at ease and informed about the process. Whether you're new to counselling or returning, this session will lay the groundwork for our work together.
