About me and my therapy practice
I am passionate about talking therapies and how they can help mental health concerns and a strongly empathic listener. I believe kindness, gentleness and encouragement of self awareness help the process of recovery and healing. I work with a variety of issues including self esteem, depression, anxiety, stress and with a particular interest in major life changes including bereavement and loss
Practice description
I work in a pluralistic manner using a variety of therapies and techniques to support clients with their unique needs and goals. I offer a non judgmental, safe space to allow clients to explore their emotions

During our first session I would explore what has brought you to counselling and what you hope to get out of our sessions, answering any questions you may have
