Practice description
My practise is on-line, usually using zoom, however, can be on either FaceTime or WhatsApp video as the client prefers.
Being on-line enables you to be in a confidential familiar safe space of your own and you will be able to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions where you will not be judged by another. You work at your pace and agenda.
During this process you will gain a greater understanding of yourself as an individual, expanding on your unique life and experiences.
Overtime you will be better placed to understand yourself, your relationships and make informed decisions and choices thereby enabling personal growth and an increased confidence level.

This free 15-minute session gives us a chance to connect and see if we’re the right fit for each other. It’s important that you feel comfortable, understood, and confident that we can work together effectively.
