I will listen non-judgmentally with compassion and empathy as we explore your story, thoughts, and feelings: of how these things may be impacting you.
This will always be done at your pace, with what you feel comfortable sharing.
People come to counselling for a range of issues. Issues and experiences will impact each of us differently, so I work in a tailored way for you - aimed toward your desired outcome.
Practice description
I offer both long-term and short-term therapy sessions to adults that are open-ended, allowing you to finish our work whenever you feel ready.
Location
I have sessions online or face to face in Wokingham or Earley.
I am easily accessible to clients from Ascot, Reading, Sonning, Bracknell, Crowthorne, Lower Earley, Earley, and Woodley.
Wokingham room is a private calming space based in a converted barn. There is on-site parking available on site. Please see website for details.

Session Details
Each session lasts 50 minutes and can be conducted either online or face-to-face, depending on your preference.
