About me and my therapy practice

I work with a wide variety of clients and issues, including both recent or childhood trauma. I adapt my therapeutic approach according to each client's individual needs and will work with you on any issues, either in the 'here and now' (presenting issues) or past experiences.
We will work at whatever pace you feel comfortable and always in a safe, non judgemental and confidential environment.
My first session
The first session is free of charge, either a phone call or online, and lasts approximately 30 minutes.
It is an opportunity for you to decide if this right for you and ask any questions you may have about the process. We can also discuss confidentiality and any practical points about working together.
