About me and my therapy practice
Welcome, I'm Tricia.
I offer one-to-one counselling sessions via video or phone for clients across the UK from my office in East England.
My counselling sessions provide a safe, supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and work through the thoughts weighing on your mind. I understand that building trust takes time, so we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. As your counsellor, I am empathetic and non-judgmental, ready to meet you wherever you are emotionally and mentally. In our sessions, there is nothing that cannot be spoken about.
I believe in each person’s inner wisdom and their ability to guide their own journey. Together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that empowers you to find your own path forward.
I work with adults of all ages, addressing issues such as work-related stress, relationship challenges, childhood trauma, anxiety, grief, retirement, and major life transitions. I am passionate about making counselling accessible, and my online services allow me to connect with clients who may find in-person sessions difficult.
As an active member of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ) and the Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN), I adhere to strict ethical guidelines and continually enhance my skills through ongoing professional development.
My goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, explore how your past may be shaping your present, and support you in moving toward personal fulfillment.
Why not take the first step? Contact me for a free 20-minute introductory call.
I look forward to connecting with you.

My first session
Psychodynamic counselling is highly versatile and can be effective for many different issues. To ensure it’s the right fit for you, I offer a free 20-minute introductory call. During this initial chat, we will discuss your specific concerns and explore what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, we will decide on the best path forward, and if you feel comfortable, we can schedule your first session.
In our first session, I will gather some relevant background information and we will explore more about your current circumstances and how I can best support you. Once we have started working together, you are welcome to continue with weekly counselling for as long as it feels beneficial.
