About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome! I'm Chloe, a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ registered therapist working with clients on a range of issues such as anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, poor body image, or life transitions such as bereavement or a change in employment. I also have training in working with the LGBTQ+ community.
My background is wide-ranging - I worked in publishing, for a tech start-up, and in the charity sector before deciding to become a therapist. I enjoy working with all different kinds of people on whatever concerns they may have - sometimes it's something specific, like working on your relationships (of all kinds, from romantic to platonic to family) or work stress. Sometimes it's more nebulous - you're unsure of where you're going in life, or struggling to cope in the day-to-day.
Practice description
I offer weekly or fortnightly sessions. Each session will last 50 minutes.
Sessions are:
- In-person, in Canterbury at Community Counselling Service, or in Faversham at Abbey Place Clinic
- Online
- Hybrid - a combination of in-person and online
Starting therapy can be scary and nerve racking, and finding a therapist who is a good fit is crucial. I offer a free introductory 30 minute call, usually online or over the phone, so you can ask any questions you may have.
My first session
In the first session, the main focus will be on us getting to know each other. I will ask some questions to find out if you've had therapy before (and if so, how it was for you) and what has brought you to therapy now.
We will talk about what your goals are from therapy, and if you have any specific requirements or requests for sessions. We'll also talk through how I work, and I'll be glad to answer any questions you may have.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome! I'm Chloe, a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ-registered therapist with training in working with the LGBTQ+ community and relationship diverse clients (poly, kink, etc). As a bisexual therapist, I offer a safe and supportive environment to people who identify under the LGBTQ+ umbrella, or who are questioning their sexuality or gender identity.
You may want to explore your own identity, or want to talk about other issues which aren't directly related, but in a place where you know you will not face judgement. I have worked with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationships (romantic, platonic and family), life transitions, body image, and self-esteem.
