About me and my therapy practice
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially when you don’t know where to begin, but that’s exactly what I’m here for. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or just need a space to reflect, I offer a calm, non-judgmental environment where you can talk freely. No matter the issue, big or small, we can explore it together at a pace that feels right for you
My experience includes working with people navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, self-doubt and bereavement to name a few. However whatever brings you to therapy, you deserve to be supported fully and wholly.

What to Expect in Our Work Together
I believe therapy should be as individual as you are. Our sessions can adapt each week to suit your needs. Sometimes you might feel the need for a space to vent and explore challenges from your week, or you might arrive to some sessions with something specific from your history that you feel you need to process. If you aren't sure where to start but know that you're not feeling quite right, then we can spend the session using a range of available resources like reflective cards, creative tools or just gentle prompts to start to unravel how you are feeling.
My Approach
In our sessions, I blend person-centred therapeutic methods with more integrative approaches that prioritise your needs and interests. Think of our time as a partnership where you take the lead - I’m here to offer support, insight and empathy along the way. My approach is grounded in warmth and understanding, focused on what’s truly important to you. My experience includes working with people navigating life transitions, anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, self-doubt and bereavement to name a few. However whatever brings you to therapy, you deserve to be supported fully and wholly.
