About me and my therapy practice

If you’re not even sure where to start telling your story but know that you need to talk to someone, you’re in the right place. No challenge is too small to bring to therapy, and I am here to help you process the areas of your life that you want to explore. If everyday life feels impossible right now, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed and low, struggling with feeling misunderstood and unheard. My goal is to offer you a space that is truly centered around you, where you can share at your own pace, without judgment.

Practice description

I’m a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ-registered, person-centred counsellor, which means I focus on you as an individual. My approach is warm, grounded, and adaptable to your unique needs. In our sessions, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel empowered to lead the conversation. I believe in the importance of you feeling heard, understood, and supported as you navigate your journey. Counselling is an investment, and you should be gaining what you need from your sessions.

My experience includes working with clients who face a variety of challenges, from anxiety, stress and depression to body image, identity and grief. No matter what brings you to counselling though, I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

My first session

That first session can feel daunting, and it's completely normal to feel a mix of emotions. My aim is to make this first session as comfortable and welcoming as possible for you.

I'll invite you to share as much as you feel you'd like to about what has brought you to counselling, and what you want to get from your sessions. There's no rush, and we'll go at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you have a lot to say or aren't quite sure where to start, that's ok. We can work together to explore what you are feeling.
