Welcome to my therapy practice.
I offer a welcoming, empathic, confidential space for you to explore issues you may feel are negatively affecting your life or relationships. I also offer support to clients who aren't necessarily in crisis, but seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and looking for support in personal development.

Practice description
My practice provides adults with person-centred counselling sessions, integrating other theoretical approaches, creative exercises and psychoeducation to meet my client's individual needs. I offer face- to face, online and telephone sessions.
My first session
I offer an initial 15 minute telephone consultation where we can talk about your needs and answer any questions you might have about counselling and how we will work together.
