I'm an experienced counsellor working online and in-person in several locations in West London and the surrounding area including Clapham. I work with people who have symptoms related to anxiety, depression, stress, life changes and their identity. If you are experiencing any of these feelings, I hope I will be able to support you.
Practice description
I have a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling as well as a qualification in Coaching from OLEVI. I am registered with the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ).
My counselling approach is Integrative. This draws on techniques from different types of therapy to tailor an approach specifically for you. This is because I believe there isn’t just one therapeutic approach that can help someone in all situations. I may use elements of a Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis or CBT in our work.

I will not judge you. I believe we are all complex individuals and recognise the differences in all of us. I know it can be difficult to know if you have found the right therapist for you.
