Practice description

I work as a counsellor using a Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) approach as well as one that is Integrative. An Integrative approach draws on techniques from different types of therapy to tailor a way of working that is unique to you. I may use elements of Person Centred, Psychodynamic or Transactional Analysis. CBT and Integrative counselling are different. We would discuss which way of working might be best for you. 

I am registered with the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ).

My first session

I will not judge you. I believe we are all complex individuals and recognise the differences in all of us. I know it can be difficult to know if you have found the right therapist for you.
