About me and my therapy practice
Welcome! I’m Dyon, and I believe in the inherent capacity of every individual to grow and transform. My mission is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can confidently explore your inner self and face personal challenges. Based in the UK, I offer flexible online and remote counselling sessions designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule. While I recommend weekly sessions for the best continuity, I’m also happy to accommodate fortnightly sessions to meet your specific needs. Our work together will progress at your pace as we aim for meaningful, lasting change.
As your counsellor, my aim is to help you navigate life's challenges, deepen your self-awareness, and foster a sense of self-acceptance. Through a non-judgmental, compassionate approach, I provide a space where you can grow in your own time and on your own terms. Practice description

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I am here to guide you. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism or pressure. Together, we will work towards fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness, helping you to better understand your emotions, behaviours, and patterns. Through this process, you will cultivate greater self-acceptance and develop the tools to make empowered decisions in your life. Our work will be collaborative, and at your pace, always respecting your boundaries and ensuring that you feel safe and supported as you progress. My first session
I offer an initial 30-minute session at a reduced rate of £20, providing an opportunity for us to begin the process of understanding your needs and goals from therapy. During this session, we will conduct an initial assessment, which includes gathering essential contact details and exploring your personal history, including any Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) that may be relevant to your well-being. This session allows us to establish a foundation for future work and ensure that my approach aligns with your needs.
