About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Anne, and I am a qualified Transactional Analysis (TA) Psychotherapist and Integrative Therapist, specializing in supporting children and young people. Whether I’m working with adults or younger clients, I blend a variety of therapeutic approaches to create sessions uniquely tailored to each individual’s needs.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported clients facing challenges such as abuse, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, identity issues, grief, bullying, stress, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.
When working with younger clients, I use therapeutic play and expressive creative therapy to foster a safe, nurturing space where they can comfortably express themselves. My natural empathy, coupled with years of experience in school settings, allows me to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where my clients feel supported. My goal is to help you thrive and flourish.

Practice description
I am a passionate and dedicated therapist specializing in working with both children, young people, and adults. With years of experience in school settings, I have seen firsthand the remarkable positive impact that comes from truly seeing and hearing young individuals. I tailor therapy to each person's needs, incorporating therapeutic play and expressive creative therapy for younger clients. My approach creates a trusting, non-judgmental environment where clients of all ages can thrive.
As a French therapist, I understand the complexity of different cultures and honor that diversity, bringing a unique and respectful perspective to my practice. Whether working with children, young people, or adults, I use a blend of therapeutic models to support those facing challenges such as self-esteem issues, identity questioning, grief and loss, abuse, trauma, adoption concerns, or eating disorders.
For younger clients, providing a safe space where they feel comfortable sharing their experiences and life challenges is essential. For adults, I offer a compassionate, tailored approach to help them navigate life’s difficulties and foster personal growth. Witnessing the resilience and capacity for transformation in both children and adults is profoundly rewarding. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust placed in me and for the meaningful connections I build with my clients. Whether you or your child are on a journey of healing and discovery, I look forward to supporting you in reaching your fullest potential.
My first session
During our first session, we’ll begin the process of getting to know one another. I will gather information about you and your history in a way that feels comfortable, using a variety of approaches such as open discussions, thoughtful questions, or even creative tools like the sand tray if that resonates with you. I’ll also explain what it’s like to work with me and the therapeutic process we’ll embark on together. We'll take time to explore the goals you hope to achieve through our work, understanding that these goals may evolve as we progress. This journey is one of mutuality and cooperation, and we’ll discuss the importance of your active participation and willingness to be open. Together, we will create a safe, trusting environment that supports your personal growth. In my first session with your child, my focus will be on creating a safe and trusting space where your child feels comfortable and at ease. We will begin getting to know each other in a gentle, non-pressured way, allowing them to explore the environment and feel secure. I’ll use a combination of conversation, creative tools like the sand tray, and other expressive techniques to help your child open up at their own pace. Building trust is essential, and I will take time to ensure they feel understood and supported. My goal is to create a space where it feels okay to share what might be difficult to express, encouraging them to let go of any fears and begin to explore their thoughts and emotions with confidence.
