I use a collaborative approach, drawing on different therapy styles like Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) to help you discover your own strengths and find solutions that work best for you. This might also involve exploring thoughts and feelings like in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or looking at past experiences that might be affecting the present (similar to Psychodynamic Therapy). Sometimes, focusing on the present moment and how you're experiencing things can be helpful, too (like in Gestalt therapy). Ultimately, I tailor our sessions to your unique needs and goals.
