Practice description
I use an integrative approach which draws on techniques from psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching, and aims to help clients achieve long lasting change.
By combining traditional therapy with elements of coaching I can help you look not only at where you are now and how you got to this point, but crucially, I can help you move towards the changes you want to experience.
Together we can focus on deeper emotional issues, and also work in more practical ways to develop your strengths and explore your aspirations for the future.
I have an interest in mind-body connection, particularly in relation to trauma and PTSD, and the use of breathwork and mindfulness practices to help clients cultivate self-awareness, regulate, and live in the present moment.
Together we'll develop a way of working best suited to you and your needs.
My approach is collaborative and very relational. Within a confidential, non-judgmental space I bring warmth, compassion, and sometimes, gentle challenge, to help you get where you'd like to be.
